Well it's not good obviously and I asked for help from VLC dev but it looks that every time I start my PC I have to start manually Helper file. I have perfect picture but I don't have sound. Best advice - try it and see what happens BUT read the forum posts related to it - some people found issues with it failing and making vlc in general fail. It appears the helper sets it up for you.
